Here’s the process I’d use first.

1. Map the real path from draft to published post

Pick 20 recent posts and trace each one from draft to approval to schedule to publish outcome. Include every handoff, tool, and person involved.

You’re looking for hidden dependencies:

  • approvals happening in chat
  • page access controlled by one person
  • posts scheduled without final asset lock
  • no owner for failed post recovery
  • no record of why a publish attempt failed

2. Separate platform dependency from internal dependency
